The personal information we collect is used only for the following purposes: (a) Identification purposes, (b) Statistical and internal analysis purposes, (c) Information and contact with investors, (d) Information and attention to customers and consumers, (e) To eventually contact you via email or telephone in relation to the purposes mentioned above. In the collection and processing of personal data that you provide us, we comply with all the principles set forth in the Law (Article 6): Lawfulness, quality, consent, information, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility.

3. With whom do we share your information? RELANT may hire one or more third parties as selected service providers to manage and administer both this Portal and the personal data collected through it, or any other means, so it could even transfer them to such third party(ies) without a commercial purpose. Likewise, RELANT may, without commercial purposes, share or transmit your personal data with its subsidiaries or affiliates for the same purposes set forth in paragraph 2. In no case will we market, sell or rent personal information about you to a third party without your prior consent.

The personal data you provide to RELANT may be compiled and stored in a database exclusively owned by RELANT. You are advised that RELANT may use “cookies” to confirm your identification, personalize your access to this Portal and review its use, with the sole purpose of improving your navigation and its functionality conditions, since no personal data of the users are collected through the mentioned “cookies” in terms of the Law. This Portal has links to other external sites, whose content and privacy policies are not the responsibility of RELANT, so the user, if applicable, will be subject to the privacy policies of those other sites, without any responsibility of RELANT.

4. What security and control measures do we use for the protection of your personal data? RELANT has implemented administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your personal data, which we also require to be fulfilled by the service providers we hire, even in the case of services provided by subsidiaries or affiliates of .

5. Which area of RELANT is responsible for the handling and administration of personal data? The area responsible for the handling and administration of personal data on this Portal (www.relant-mx.com) is: “Atención a Datos Personales”, whose email address is mentioned in numeral 6.

6. How can you exercise your ARCO rights and revoke your consent to the processing? The users who own personal data may exercise their ARCO rights (Access, cancellation, rectification and opposition to the processing of their personal data) or revoke the consent they have given to RELANT for the processing of their personal data, by sending their request directly to the Personal Data Attention area through the e-mail account: datospersonales@relant-mx.com  such request must contain at least: (a) Name and address or other means to communicate the response to your request; (b) Documents proving identity or, where appropriate, legal representation; (c) A clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which you are requesting to exercise any of the ARCO rights; and (d) Any other element that facilitates the location of the personal data.

RELANT, via e-mail, will inform the Data Subject within a period not exceeding twenty (20) days from the date on which the request was received, the determination adopted, so that if it is appropriate, it becomes effective within fifteen (15) days from the date on which the response was communicated. In the case of requests for access to Personal Data, the Controller shall proceed to make the requested Data available to the Data Subject, via e-mail and prior accreditation of the identity of the applicant or the legal representative, as the case may be.

The aforementioned terms may be extended only once for an equal period, provided that the circumstances of the case so justify.

Likewise, at any time and by the means already referred to, you may revoke your consent for the processing and use of your Personal Data. When the holder requests confirmation of the cessation of the processing of his personal data, the Controller shall expressly respond to such request by the same means and within the same deadlines referred to in the antepenultimate paragraph, if after the term indicated by the Law, RELANT does not respond to his request, then he may initiate the procedure for the protection of ARCO rights before the Federal Institute of Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI).

7. When can you exercise your ARCO rights? In terms of the LFPDPPP, as of January 6, 2012, you may submit a request to exercise your ARCO rights; and within 15 days from the date RELANT responds to your request or, if after the term indicated in the Law, RELANT does not respond to your request, then you may initiate the ARCO rights protection procedure before the Federal Institute of Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI).

8. Changes to Privacy Notice. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Notice at any time. If there is any change to this Privacy Notice, we will notify users by posting a conspicuous notice on our Portal. 9. Other applicable regulations. The laws and regulations of other countries may impose different requirements for the protection of information in general and personal data collected via the Internet. (I) Personal identification and contact information such as: your name, personal address, date of birth, telephone number (landline or cellular), Unique Population Registry Code (CURP), e-mail and in case you issue an invoice, in addition to the above mentioned information, we will collect your Tax Identification Card and/or Tax Status Certificate, and

(II) Sensitive and financial data such as: data from your personal photo identification credentials, data related to your tax return information, financial statements and/or bank account statements and commercial references.

2. What we use your information for: The personal data we collect is for:

Primary purposes: RELANT will process the personal data described above for a) Identification and contact purposes, (b) To make cash or credit sales of the services and products that RELANT markets, (c) Shipping and delivery of spare parts d) To promote our products, (e) To carry out any or all activities necessary for the development and fulfillment of the obligations that originate and derive from the contractual and/or commercial relationship you have with RELANT including billing, collection (f) for analysis purposes and/or to conduct research and periodic monitoring of your credit behavior.

Secondary purposes: RELANT will treat your personal data to carry out some or all of the secondary purposes such as: (a) To contact you personally in order to respond to your requirements and monitor your preference in the consumption of our products or services for statistical purposes, (b) To contact you via telephone, in order to respond to your requirements and monitor your preference in the consumption of our products or services for statistical purposes, (c) To contact you via email in order to respond to your requirements and monitor your preference in the consumption of our products or services for statistical purposes, d) To contact you via WhatsApp, via Facebook, Twitter in order to respond to your requirements and monitor your preference in the consumption of our products or services for statistical purposes, e) Marketing, advertising and/or commercial prospecting purposes related to products and services, which RELANT or third parties with whom RELANT has entered into agreements or contracts and f) To inform you of the launch or changes of new products or services, promotions and/or offers according to your interests.

3. Mechanisms to express your refusal. With whom we share your information: RELANT may share your information with one or more third parties, with whom we have previously entered into agreements with confidentiality and personal data protection clauses, as well as with suppliers of selected services to support marketing activities, promotion of our products or services, software development, as well as for purposes of verification that the information you provide is correct and current, so RELANT could even transfer your personal data to such third party(ies) for commercial, analysis and statistical purposes. Likewise, RELANT may share or transmit your personal data to its Controllers, Subsidiaries, related parties and/or its Business Units for purposes of product and service improvement, promotions, statistical purposes, for internal administration, and analysis purposes. C.P. 03103, as responsible for the processing, collection, disclosure, storage, use, transfer or disposal (hereinafter the “Processing”) of the personal data of which you are the owner and which are stored by RELANT and necessary to comply with the purposes described below.

In compliance with the principles set forth in the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals, its Regulations and the Privacy Notice Guidelines in force in Mexico (hereinafter the “Law”), we hereby inform you of the terms applicable to this privacy notice.

1. What information do we collect? The personal data that you freely and voluntarily provide to RELANT by virtue of your participation in our recruitment, selection and personnel application processes with RELANT, or with any of its subsidiary companies, or that, by reason of the above, you have provided us with personal, work or family reference data.

a. Identification Data: such as your full name, marital status, autograph signature, federal taxpayer registry, unique population registry code (CURP), driver’s license number, passport number, military ID number, social security number, place and date of birth;
b. Contact information: such as your address, e-mail, landline, cell phone;
c. Employment data and information related to their previous or current jobs, positions or commissions, and employment references from third parties; as well as their schooling, academic information, professional practice and training;
d. Financial or patrimonial data, such as tax and social security information, credit history, INFONAVIT credit number (if applicable), AFORE account statement, salary expectation.
e. Sensitive data: such as your age, date of birth, marital status, number of children, children’s names, gender, fingerprint and photograph; results of psychometric tests and socioeconomic studies; personal reference data such as name, occupation, age; judicial investigations, non-criminal record, family history such as name, occupation, age; medical data such as your blood type, allergies, results of clinical and cabinet studies, results of medical evaluation and physical examination, blood pressure, chronic, temporary and pre-existing conditions, weight, height, activity and/or sexual behavior and other medical data that are relevant to your attention, care and treatment and with respect to which in the present privacy notice we obtain your express written consent to carry out its treatment.

2. For what purposes do we use your personal information? The personal information we process is used only for the following purposes:

Primary or necessary purposes: being those that give rise to or are necessary for the achievement of the recruitment, selection and application process between you and RELANT, i.e. for: (a) research purposes, identification and validation of the veracity of the information you provide us; (b) medical evaluation (c) incorporation and updating of your information regarding the corresponding vacancy in RELANT’s databases and systems (d) the integration of physical and digital files, aimed at creating and managing candidate portfolios;

7. How can you exercise your ARCO rights? The holders of personal data may exercise their ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the processing of their personal data) by sending their request directly to the area of “Human Resources/Personal Data” through the e-mail account:datospersonales@relant-mx.com .  Such request must contain at least: (a) name and address or other means to communicate the response to your request; (b) documents proving the identity of the holder or, where appropriate, legal representation; (c) a clear and precise description of the personal data in respect of which it is requested to exercise any of the ARCO rights; and (d) any other element that facilitates the location of the personal data.

Our “Human Resources/Personal Data” area will issue a written response regarding the requests made by the owners. In compliance with their right of access to information, RELANT will make available, in appropriate cases, the personal data in respect of which RELANT carries out the Processing, by issuing simple copies, magnetic media or by any other technological means, which may only be delivered personally to the Holder or whoever represents their rights, in compliance with the obligation to fully corroborate their identity, as established by Law.

8. What other means do you have to exercise your right to informational self-determination? In terms of the Law, in the absence of an effective and compliant response from RELANT, you may initiate the Rights Protection Procedure before the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data, within 15 days from the date RELANT responds to your request to exercise your ARCO rights, or in the event that you do not receive any response within 20 days from the receipt of such request by RELANT.

9. Changes to Privacy Notice. We reserve the right to change this privacy notice at any time. In case there is any substantial or relevant change to this privacy notice, the corresponding modifications or updates will be available on our website (www.relant-mx.com) or by any other means that is convenient and appropriate for your better information.

10. Other applicable regulations. The laws and regulations of other countries may impose different requirements for the protection of information in general and personal data collected via the Internet. RELANT is located in Mexico and all matters relating to this Portal are governed by the laws of Mexico.
